Lifetime Replacement Warranty (for many suspension parts):
Most suspension components are covered for the lifetime of the vehicle (if used and installed per instructions). Rough Country will replace items free-of-charge if there are defects in materials or workmanship.

Specific Warranty Terms by Component:

• Hard suspension components (knuckles, lift blocks, control arms): Lifetime warranty
• Leaf & coil springs: 5-year warranty
• Shocks & stabilizers: 3-year warranty
• Bushings, ball joints, etc.: 1-year warranty
• LED lights: 3-year limited warranty
• Jeep Wrangler JK Armor: Limited lifetime warranty
• Winches: 3-year manufacturer’s warranty
• Bed covers: 5-year warranty
• Fender flares: 3-year warranty
• Soft tops: 3-year limited warranty
• Paint and finishes: 1-year limited warranty

Warranty Guard:

Rough Country offers a program called "Warranty Guard" that helps ensure customers’ factory warranties are not compromised. If a manufacturer denies a claim because of Rough Country suspension parts, Rough Country may cover repair costs (with a deductible), up to certain limits (5 years / 100k miles) or until the factory warranty ends.

If you’re not completely satisfied with a Rough Country product, you can return it within 90 days.

• Within 30 days — full refund
• 31-90 days — refund minus 10% for shipping & handling

Installation costs are not refundable.
